8/18/2017

Samlesbury Hall Monday 18th September.

Hotels, attractions and destinations exhibiting at the Northwest’s first ever Group Buyer Forum are set to talk group bookings at one of the region’s top tourist attractions – and it’s now officially sold out!

Samlesbury Hall – a beautiful Tudor hall - near Preston in Lancs is the venue for this ‘meet the group buyer’ event arranged by UK group travel specialists Steve Reed Tourism Ltd.

The event – which puts tourism businesses together with coach and tour operators and group travel organisers – takes place on Monday 18th September from 10.30 until 14.00.

The Group Buyer Forum – North event has a fantastic array of exhibitors from all over the country including for example: The National Memorial Arboretum from Staffordshire; Wynyard Hall from the Tees Valley; Caledonian McBrayne Cruises from Oban;  Destination Conway from North Wales;   Warner Leisure Hotels from Hertfordshire and Ullswater ‘Steamers’ from the Lake District – and many more too. There is no room for any more exhibitors say the organisers.

And the popular retail coach-stop Ena Mill from Atherton, Greater Manchester will be at the event to unlock their superb new group offer – ‘The Golden Key’.

Jonathan Addis of Ena Mill explains: ‘The Golden Key is a great way for people who plan tours and excursions to unlock the Northwest’s fastest growing coach-stop, Ena Mill. We are presenting the keys to tour and coach operators and to group travel organisers at Samlesbury Hall and then rolling the Key out all across the UK.’

Other tourism businesses supporting the event include The Last Drop Spa Village Hotel in Bolton; the Holiday Inn Express in Burnley, Belle Vue Coaches and Kittywake Cruises of Wigan.

The Group Buyer Forum includes tours of Samlesbury Hall, lunch and refreshments – and of course a chance to meet and talk business with many tourist attractions and hotels from around the UK.

Steve Reed of Steve Reed Tourism Ltd is one of the organisers of the Group Buyer Forum:

‘We are very grateful to Samlesbury Hall for all of their help in hosting this prestigious event for the travel trade – and also to the other tourism businesses who have combined forces to help make this event such a success.’ Says Steve.

Tour planners who would like to come to the event on Monday 18th
