Group Sales Training - tailored to your business needs. Entitled 'Making the Most of the Group Customer', this flexible and long established set piece has resulted in improved group bookings and higher revenues for numerous tourism businesses across the UK. Hotels, shopping centres, tourism-consortia, national tourism bodies, visitor attractions in both public and private sectors have made use of this service. These sessions often take place from 10am until 4pm and can be arranged for numbers between 1-16 individuals in total, for the same one-off price. Product Development and Sales Mentoring - these often take place in the client's own premises or at the SRT offices.
