07.05.09

Leisure secretaries, group travel organisers and excursion planners are all being invited to reserve a place at a brand new travel and tourism show.
The Tynedale Travel and Tourism Show takes place at the Beaumont Hotel in Hexham, Northumberland on Tuesday 27th October from 11.00am until 4.00pm.
Organised by leading UK group travel company Centurion Travel from Haydon Bridge, in conjunction with Steve Reed Tourism Ltd from nearby Corbridge, the exciting one day show is an ideal opportunity for both group organisers and members of the public to make their touring and holiday plans.
Visitors to the show will be able to meet the people behind some of the region's top attractions and venues – as well as many from outside of the Northeast region too.
There'll be special offers for holidays and short breaks; prize competitions for tours of some of the UK's top holiday destinations and, especially for tour planners, a chance to sign up for a free Centurion Travel Familiarisation Weekend.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy 'a taste of the North East of England' with a selection of the region's finest food and drink providers present on the big day.
And, if that's not enough, excursion organisers signing up to the free event will also receive free entry tickets to a variety of visitor attractions attending the show.
Graeme Tilley is the owner of Centurion Travel:
'We're very happy to be working with the superb Best Western Beaumont Hotel and such a fine array of top attractions.
'We'll unveil our new 2010 Centurion Travel tour programme too at the event which is sure to be packed with great offers, special deals and incentives for our existing and indeed new customers,' says Graeme.
The Tynedale Travel and Tourism Show is also an opportunity to see the extensive new developments at the Beaumont Hotel – recent improvements at this popular group hotel have seen the number of bedrooms increase significantly.'
Please Note: Photographers and Reporters are invited to attend a photo call at the Beaumont Hotel in Hexham this Friday 1st May at 1pm. The hotel is Just along from Hexham Abbey and opposite the Sele Park.
