Two Group Travel ‘Meet the Buyer’ Workshops
You are invited to meet and do business, face to face, with tour planners at two  
‘Meet the Tour Buyer’ Workshops. One in October 08 and the other in January 09. They are currently being organised by Steve Reed Tourism. Each of these events will feature different sets of between 35-50 UK tour buyers. They are value-for-money and simple ways to quickly generate new bookings and make new group business for you.

The tour planners are a good mix of coach and tour operators and group travel organisers from around the UK. They are each capable of bringing new and additional groups business back to hotels, attractions, meal stops and destinations including retail outlets. Exhibitors at the workshop[s] will receive a full list of the buyers for their follow up.

The two workshops are as follows:

Monday 20th October 2008 – The Roman Way Hotel, Cannock, Staffordshire
11.00am until 12.30

Monday 5th January 2009 – The Newcastle Copthorne Hotel – Quayside 11.00am until 12.30

To exhibit at each workshop the cost is £95 plus VAT. Exhibitors are provided with a space in the Workshop to exhibit, a table, chairs and room to mount a pop up stand if you wish. If you can’t attend in person, we can hand your literature directly to the buyers at the respective Roadshows. The cost for this is £75.00 plus VAT .Or if you would like us to hand out at both workshops we will do this for the reduced cost of £100.00 plus VAT.
