The Painshill Park Group Experience Monday 19th October 2020. 11.00 to 15.00
Set in the majestic
grounds of the sublime Painshill Park in Cobham, Surrey, this FREE event for
tour planners is an opportunity to experience and explore a very good and high
quality group offering.
The event includes tours of the site by trained guides;
welcome reception; lunch; tastings of the famous Painshill Gin and free time to
roam for guests on the day. Painshill Park is just off the A3, near to the M25.
It has free car and coach parking and is easy to find with plenty of signage to
help you get there. Each organisation can bring a guest with them to this
superb event.
Denbies Wine Estate Group Travel
Forum Monday 8th March 10.30 to 15.00
Situated in the beautiful Surrey Hills on the
outskirts of Dorking, the Group Travel Forum is an opportunity to meet hotels,
attractions and destinations from all over the UK in a venue of the highest
standards. It’s a great chance to help plan your tours and excursions in these unusual
times.
The FREE day also includes a land-train ride through the vineyards; wine
tastings; wine tours as well as lunch and refreshments. Denbies has free car
parking and is easily reached from nearby Dorking rail station. Tour planners
can bring a guest with them.
Both of
these venues have measures in place for the COVID 19 restrictions and the
events will adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Terms &
Conditions.
The events are for tour planners and their partners/colleagues. Up to
two people can attend each event. Attendance is subject to availability and
eligibility. During the COVID crisis, cancellation charges will not apply but
we ask tour planners to advise us if there are any problems with attendance for
this event.
