Group Buyer Roadshow, Monday 30th January 11.00 – 15.00 Museum of Science and Industry [MOSI] Manchester, exhibit and meet directly many coach and tour operators and group travel organisers [GTOS] face to face. These are ideal for hotels, attractions, destinations, tourist boards and venues.  The Cost is £275.00 plus VAT for a table and space for a small display, plus a list of the buyers for your follow up. * Please note there are only a few tables left for this hugely successful event.

 

12 Month Group Literature Distribution Service to Group Buyers - commencing at any time of the year, this 12 month rolling service enables your business to reach out to many hundred of the buyers attending SRT Fams, Exhibitions, Showcases, Roadshows, Meet the Buyer Workshops and events over that period. Your literature is handed directly to the coach and tour operators and GTOS and is regarded as a very valuable and cost effective service, enabling your group message to get out to the travel trade.  Cost is £399.00 plus VAT for the full 12 months service.     

 

Meet the Group Buyer Workshops for Attractions, Retail and Destinations* – meet and talk business face to face with coach and tour operators at these great sales opportunities. You’ll meet between 20-25 tour planners at each Workshop and the cost to exhibit for a table and a small display is £99 plus VAT per Workshop. Each event lasts for approx one and half hours and each exhibitor is provided with a full list of the tour buyers for their follow up. *Please note we cannot invite hotels to these Workshops, they are for attractions, retail and destinations only.  SRT arranges several such Workshops each year and the next events are as follows:

 

  • Tuesday March 6th – York, National Railway Museum – 10.30am to 12.00 midday

 

  • Tuesday 27thMarch – the Mecure Last Drop Hotel, Bolton – 10.30am until 12.00 midday    

 

UK Coach Park Promotions – SRT talks to coach drivers and couriers at dozens of busy coach parks across the UK between April to October each year. We will talk to each driver about your group offer and hand them your literature also. The cost for this service is £275.00 per month. This would include one coach park per week. It’s a superb and inexpensive way to get to real decision makers.

Short Stay Fam Visits for ‘Hosted Buyers’ – ideal for hotels and their partner attractions, this business generating event includes a one night hotel [often a Sunday night] stay for selected coach and tour operators and a half day familiarisation tour of nearby partner attractions, just enough to showcase the essence of the group offer in question. The attendees are regarded as Hosted Buyers and are taken on a short tour of group attractions and a group hotel. Price on application.
